About Clare

My name is Clare Matschullat, and I am the founder and CEO of Cancer Sherpa. I know the pain, fear, and fury that brought you here, as I am also a cancer survivor. I entered college and adulthood as a cancer survivor and have spent the past twenty-five years building the network and skills to empower cancer patients, caretakers, and survivors to seek the best cancer and follow-up care available to them.

Whether you just received a preliminary diagnosis, need assistance caring for a loved one with cancer, or want to join a survivor support group, I will help you thrive, not merely survive.  I wrote and live by my company’s mission: “(I) will advocate for you until you are able to advocate for yourself.”
