After Treatment Support

Life after treatment often requires you to find a new normal. We are here to help you make necessary lifestyle adjustments and build new habits and routines. We can help schedule and manage your follow-up appointments and refer you to trusted professionals who specialize in working with survivors and cancer patients on long-term treatment.

Ongoing Health and Wellness Support Services

While we at Cancer Sherpa are a specific group of survivors and caretakers, it often helps to talk to mental healthcare professionals and/or fellow survivors and caretakers facing life after or in partial remission. We can also refer you to nutritionists, trainers, physical and occupational therapists, and addiction specialists to support you in finding your new normal.

Client Testimonial

As a pediatric oncology nurse practitioner, Clare’s pediatric nurse practitioner to be exact, I was subsequently diagnosed and treated for two separate cancers of my own. I have come to view cancer, both personally and professionally, as a chronic condition that needs regular follow-up. Clare has been there every step of the way helping me manage my follow-up scans and appointments and is there to listen when it gets tough.
